It wasn't that easy to find an obvious choice for Food in West Sussex - nothing obvious pops up. In the end, I opted for this Sussex Truffled Brie, which was well....nice....but nothing that special.
Probably the most interesting thing was that I hunted in down in a pretty cool farm/shop called Sky Park farm, that specialized in all things Deer. Quite a set up if you wanna do Deer things (including eating them !)
I was also happy to have the lady serving me throw the last little bit of the cheese in for free, 'cause frankly it was about as expensive as pure gold ! I hate farm shops !
